The following rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of a choice of breakfast and VAT.
Please note that these rates may vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making
reservations. Weekly rates may be negotiated by prior arrangement.
We accept cash or cheques accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card (other arrangements may be made for
corporate clients only).

Single occupancy of double room: £45

We are able to offer our guests the following amenities during their stay at Appletree House:
- free off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles,
- free breakfast, with choices including full English breakfast, continental breakfast and a range of
cereals,
- tea/coffee making facilities in both rooms,

- access to large luxury bathroom with toilet, power shower and bath.
